We, the undersigned civil society organizations, welcome the start of
On March 28-29 of 2023, the Protection of Rights without Borders non-governmental
organization initiated a two-day training course on the topic “Administrative Proceeding and the
Principal of Administrative Justice, Human Rights in Administrative Proceeding” tailored for the
employees of the Health and Labor Inspection Body of the Republic of Armenia, Corruption
Prevention Commission and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
Arman Zrvandyan, Expert of Human Rights and Administrative Justice, Lecturer of the
American University of Armenia, Advocate conducted the training. During the training course,
Judge Ruzanna Azroyan from the RA Administrative Court also delivered a lecture.
The training courses are held periodically with the aim to enhance the quality of public
administration by building the capacity of both state and local self-government bodies.
The training sessions are carried out by the financial support of the National Endowment for
Democracy (NED).
