Information Note: the main shortcomings demonstrated during the implementation of professional duties and the disciplinary sanctioning measures applied for the latter

The information note was elaborated by the “Protection of Rights without Borders” non-governmental organisation in 2015. The information note reflects the disciplinary violations in the RA judiciary, RA Police and RA Prosecutor General’s Office and information regarding the application of disciplinary penalty.
