After considering the NGO’s past accomplishments the participants defined the main areas of its future activities and outlined those areas to which it has already contributed. They also identified the areas where they still needed to improve their skills. To increase the motivation of employees and promote their participation in fulfilling its mission, PRWB has also conducted an assessment of the employees needs. Each member of the team indicated the problems arising in connection with its activities and outlined what contribution he/she could make to the development of the NGO.
Haykuhi Harutyunyan, who was offered the presidency of the NGO, also participated in the training. It helped her evaluate the potential of the organization, as well as the motivation level and professional preferences of its members The team returned from Tsakhadzor with a strategic plan for the next three years and lots of new ideas for the upcoming projects. The members of “Protection of Rights without Borders’’ NGO continue their efforts in fulfilling the mission of the organization with zeal. The team building program helped them gain a better insight into the issues they were working on and taught them more coordinated ways of addressing them.
