This report presents analytical findings of civil society’s collective monitoring of the Armenian Government’s actions under the EU-Armenia CEPA (hereinafter “CEPA”). The monitoring also covers the Armenian Government’s actions under documents developed and adopted under CEPA, including the Republic of Armenia National Strategy for Human Rights Protection, the Judicial and Legal Reforms Strategy, and the Anti-Corruption Strategy.
