Monitoring of the Cases Against RA Supreme Judicial Council in the RA Administrative Court

The Report was elaborated by the Protection of Rights without Borders NGO with the financial support of the “National Endowment for Democracy”.

During the months of January-February of 2019, the Protection of Rights without Borders NGO conducted monitoring on the judicial examination of the appeals presented against the Republic of Armenia Supreme Judicial Council being examined in the RA Administrative Court.  The monitoring aims at the examination of the problems related to the RA Supreme Judicial Council activities, as well as their judicial practices.
