Human Rights in Administrative Proceedings: Two-day Training Course for the Employees of RA Cadastre Committee, RA Police, RA Compulsory Enforcement Service
On February 7-8 of 2022, the Protection of Rights without Borders non-governmental organization initiated a two-day training course on the topic “Administrative Proceeding and the Principals of the Administrative Justice, Human Rights in Administrative Proceeding” tailored for the employees of the RA Cadastre Committee, RA Police, RA Compulsory Enforcement Service.
The training was conducted by Arman Zrvandyan, Expert of Human Rights and Administrative Justice. Karen Zarikyan, Judge of the RA Administrative Court delivered a lecture on the topic “Judicial Practice in the RA Administrative Court”.
The training courses are held periodically with the aim to enhance the quality of public administration by building the capacity of both state and local self-government bodies.
The training sessions are carried out by the financial support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).
