On July 22-23 of 2021, the Protection of Rights without Borders non-governmental organization organized a two-day training course on the topic “Administrative Proceeding and the Principal of Administrative Justice, Human Rights in Administrative Proceeding” tailored for employees of the Republic of Armenia State Revenue Committee.
The training course was conducted by Arman Zrvandyan, Expert of Human Rights and Administrative Justice, Lecturer of the American University of Armenia, Advocate. During the training course, Judge Ruzanna Azroyan from the RA Administrative Court delivered a lecture on the topic “Judicial Practice of the Cases Against the State Revenue Committee in the Administrative Court”.
The training courses are held periodically with the aim to enhance the quality of public administration by building the capacity of both state and local self-government bodies.
The training sessions are carried out by the financial support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) in the scope of the “Improvement of Public Administration Quality through Capacity Building” Project.
