A forcibly displaced person from Artsakh applied to the Protection
On 15 and 16 January 2018, the first Regional Meeting Europe is held in Ghent (Belgium). Haykuhi Harutyunyan, the President of the “Protection of Rights without Borders” NGO also participated in the above mentioned event.
