“Protection of Rights without Borders” NGO has studied the international experience of evaluating the activities of prosecutors and the legislation and practice of the Republic of Armenia.
The study presented the evaluation system provided by RA legislation and its compatibility with international approaches, recommendations for improving the system. Although it contains important data, no benchmarks have been defined.
