On October 14 of 2021, the RA Draft Law on “State Secret” elaborated by the RA National Security Service was published on the unified website for publication of legal acts’ drafts.
A number of civil society organizations, including PRWB published an opinion on the RA draft law on “State Secret”. A number of observations and recommendations to make amendments in the draft law were presented based on the RA Constitution, domestic sectoral legislation, as well as on the analysis of the international best experience.
