Research: Labor Relations and Legislation: Problems and Solutions

In the scope of the research, separate regulations of the Republic of Armenia labor legislation were examined, problems in this regard were raised, as well as recommendations for their solutions were presented.

The research was conducted by Law Development and Protection Foundation in the scope of the Project on “The Protection of Labor Rights in the Republic of Armenia” in close partnership with the experts of the “Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center” NGO, “Protection of Rights without Borders” NGO, “Education and Solidarity” Organization and Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Vanadzor Office, as well as independent experts respectively with the support of Open Society Foundations – Armenia Office.
