OPINION On the New Measures to Prevent Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)

The opinion elaborated by “The Protection of Rights without Borders” NGO  on the new measures to prevent Coronavirus disease (COVID 19), including on the changes envisaged by the decree number 65-Ն adopted by the RA Minister of Healthcare on making amendments and supplements in the decrees number 17-Ն, dated August 04 of 2020 and number 24-Ն, dated September 18 of 2020 respectively adopted by the RA Minister of Healthcare, as well as on the draft law on “Making Amendments and Supplements in the RA Law on “Public Service”.
