A research on “The Legitimacy of Restricting the Right to Personal Freedoms in the Context of Emergency Situation in the Republic of Armenia” was elaborated by the Protection of Rights without Borders NGO on April of 2020.
The research was conducted in accordance with the relevant study on the domestic legislation and related international criteria through the presentation of concrete sectors and the approaches and recommendations for their possible solution.
