The RA Ministry of Justice informs, that the “Protection of Rights without Borders NGO” and “Open Society Foundations” non-governmental organizations were the winners of the competition on the election of the regulatory council to coordinate the Strategy for the RA Judicial and Legislative Reforms of 2019-2023 and its Action Plan as civil society representatives.
Therefore, Hasmik Harutyunyan and David Amiryan from the above-mentioned NGOs respectively will be included in the composition of the regulatory council.
The experience in the spheres of human rights protection or raising of judicial authority public accountability in regard to the strategic objectives adopted by the Strategy were considered as the criteria for the election.
