The analysis was conducted in 2019 by the Protection of Rights without Borders NGO with the support of “Open Society Foundations” Armenia Office.
The aim of the current research was to study the decisions made by the RA Ministry of Justice on disciplinary sanctioning of the judges, raise the current legislative and practical problems.
The importance of the research is highlighted by the fact, that the mentioned problems and the recommendations for their solutions will be important for both legislative changes and the practical implementation of the function of making decisions on the instituted disciplinary proceedings.
