The guarantees for the legal status of the life convict. The research analysis on the international standards and domestic legislation was conducted by the Protection of Rights without Borders NGO in 2019.
The current study will present the international standards and guarantees for efficient serving of sentence, legal status of the long term sentenced, especially of the life convict, which, in comparison to the RA legislation and practice, will also reflect the current problems with the possible solution suggestions.
