Opinion on the RA draft law on “Making Amendments and Supplements to the RA Criminal Procedure Code”

The opinion was elaborated by the “Protection of Rights without Borders” NGO in 2018.

The Organization submitted its observations and recommendations on draft law on “Making Amendments and Supplements to the RA Criminal Procedure Code”, where the types of preventive measure are recommended to be enlarged including home arrest and administrative oversight, as well as change detention as conditions and grounds as a preventive measure.
