Hasmik Harutyunyan, president of the public monitoring group on conducting public control in RA ministry of justice PIs notes that in spite of the legislative amendments relating to suspended sentences there are still content related problems.
“The institution of independent institutions was abolished, but the same problems still prevail”, Harutyunyan says.
