An extraordinary situation is in the National Assembly, which turned into an argument. The president of the National Assembly announced, that the constitutional draft law on making amendments and supplements to the Judicial Code, for the adoption of which at least 3/5 for votes of the total votes of the deputies are necessary.
The draft law was put to voting and the electronic system stated, that the decision was not adopted. But Ara Babloyan, president of the National Assembly announced, that the draft law was adopted with 62 for and 1 against votes. That one against vote was from Republican Party, though it was announced that the 1 against vote is removed.
