Evaluation Report on “Public Administration Reforms”

The Report was elaborated by the “Protection of Right without Border” NGO with the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Czech Republic.

The Report aims at evaluating the public administration reforms during the past five years in Armenia.

The concept of public administration, European standards on public administration, as well as the UN approached in this regard were presented at the report. The whole period of the public administration reforms (1991-2014), as well as the structural changes within the reforms in the modern Armenia were also touched at the report.

A separate section of the report refers to the legislative amendment made in regard to public administration reform.
