Araks Melkonyan

Anna Melikyan
Anna Melikyan is a lawyer specializing in human rights and international humanitarian law. She has been working at Protection of Rights without Borders since 2020 as a Projects Manager. Previously, she worked at several international organizations, including the OSCE and the UN High Commissioner’s Office, and served as the head of the Civil Society Institute NGO.
Anna Melikyan has extensive experience in human rights protection and monitoring, advocacy, and the teaching of international humanitarian law.
Hasmik Harutyunyan
Hasmik Harutyunyan has been working at the Protection of Rights without Borders NGO as a legal expert since 2012. She specializes in human rights, justice, and public law.

Nina Hakobyan
Nina Hakobyan has been working at the Protection of Rights without Borders NGO since 2018, conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis in civil, administrative, and labor law. She also provides pro bono legal aid to individuals, primarily in cases involving violations of their fundamental rights by state bodies.
Diana Harutyunyan
Diana Harutyunyan has been working with Protection of Rights without Borders since 2021 as a Project Specialist. She conducts monitoring, research, and reporting in the judicial and legal fields.
Diana conducts judicial and legal sector monitoring, carries out studies and research on international standards, and contributes to the preparation of analytical reports.
Lusine Lalayan
Lusine Lalayan is a historian. She has been part of Protection of Rights without Borders since 2015. She has extensive experience in civil society initiatives and has participated in monitoring and documenting human rights and humanitarian law violations.
Shahen Shahinyan
Shahen Shahinyan has worked in the financial management field since 2000, including with international and local projects. Since 2017, he has served as the Chief Accountant at Protection of Rights without Borders, ensuring the legality and efficiency of the organization’s financial operations.
