Statement on Protection of Armenian Cultural Heritage in Nagorno-Karabakh

On 11–12 September 2026, around 150 diplomatic representatives from 58
Siranush Sahakyan started to cooperate with “Civil Society Institute” in 2011, when the latter launched a project on the practice of early conditional release in the RA judicial system. Based on the findings, a study entitled “The System of Early Conditional Release in the RA: Main Issues and Ways of Developments” was published. The study was important in the sense that it was committed to promoting the practice of early conditional release in the RA through developing recommendations, as a result of examining the current system and the relevant international practice, as well as of local needs assessment. According to the authors, the report was designed to help the relevant policy makers in developing and enhancing the system of early conditional release in the RA.
