Information on the Paid Taxes to the RA State Budget by the PRWB during 2016-2019

Within the period of 2016-2019, the Protection of Rights without Borders NGO paid taxes and other mandatory fees to the stated in the amount of total 29,350,425.00 Armenian Drams from the received grants, including 27,113,442.00 AMD of income tax, 1,928,983.00 AMD of mandatory social payment, 308,000.00 AMD of stamp duty respectively.  In 2016, profit tax in the amount of 901,196.80 AMD was paied to the state based on the contract signed with non-resident organization, which was decreased from the income paied to the non-resident organization.

Within 2016-2017, the Organization had 6 employees and within 2018-2019 7 employees respectively. During 2016-2017, 15 citizens provided professional contractual services on legal basis to the Organization, in 2018 6 citizens and in 2019 12 citizens respectively.

At the same time, it should be mentioned, that since 2018 the Organization manages the budget of the Group of Public Monitors Implementing Supervision over the Criminal-Executive Institutions and Bodies of the Ministry of Justice of RA, taking into consideration the fact, that Hasmik Harutyunyan, the representative of the Organization, is the president of the Monitoring Group.
