The justice group of the Open Society Foundations presents its opinion and recommendation on the draft law on “Announcing of Amnesty regarding the Criminal Cases Instituted in Regard to the Erebuni-Yerevan 2800 Anniversary Celebrations”.
We welcome such humanitarian initiative, which can also have special importance in the restoration of the rights of the citizen, who faced injustice during the previous systematic problems.
We hope, that the Amnesty law will be adopted, taking into consideration and including the opinion and the recommendations of the Justice Group.
