Opinion on the amendments of the laws on “Judicial Code” and “Prosecution” (OECD)

The current document was elaborated by the “Protection of Rights without Borders” NGO in 2018 within the scope of the fourth evaluation round of the Istanbul Anti-Corruption Action Plan.

The Organization presented the evaluation and the recorded problems of the draft laws elaborated for the RA “Judicial Code” and the RA Law on “Prosecution”.
