40 citizens in civilian clothes entered the military troop unit N 1033 (Davidashen District) and left the building armed

The Protection of Rights without Borders NGO received a call from a citizen on April 25 of 2018, near 12:00 AM that 40 citizens in civilian clothes entered the military troop unit N 1033 (Davidashen District) and left the building armed.

The Organization, immediately applied to the RA Police, RA National Security Service asking to immediately take measures to prevent the illegal activities by those people.

For more than five hours, the Organization has not received information from the RA Police and the National Security Council.

Below is presented the video recording, stating that the law enforcement bodies will take any direct responsibility demonstrated towards the participants of the peaceful assembly.
