A dozen of advocates will take an extreme step by striking for being subjected to examination at the entrance of the court on September 13.
According to the information of the Organization, more than 100 advocates will participate in the strike.
It should be mentioned, that the advocates were especially worried by the search subjected against them during the “Sasna Tsrer” court sittings: after forwarding the case of “Sasna Tsrer” to court, the advocates started being subjected to examination at courts. As state by them, it is examination not sear, that is why a few advocates are not able to enter the court rooms for a long period of time, since the later refuse to open their bags.
