Research on the “Complete Disability Institute in Armenia: Isolation of a person with disability or the absence of alternative”

The research was elaborated by the “Protection of Right without Borders” NGO.

The current research is aimed at presenting the characteristics of mental health and the restrictions of the possible disorders, the gaps of the legislative regulations institute regarding the unemployment as a result of mental disorder, which affect negatively the legal protection of the persons with disability. Recommendations directed towards the solutions of the above mentioned problems are presented taking into consideration of the international standards and best international experience.
