The unfairness of the Hungarian court’s decision on Ramil Safarov’s extradition, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for murdering Armenian officer Gurgen Margarian with motives of national hatred and fascism, aroused feelings of revolt in the hearts of all the Armenian people.
Gurgen Margaryan’s uncle, Samvel Minasyan, and his mate, officer Hayk Mukuchyan, (the victim of Safarov’s attempted murder) filed a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights against the Republic of Azerbaijan and Hungary.
