Any form of violence or ill-treatment in the armed forces not only violates the rights of military personnel but also undermines the safe, dignified, and professional military environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Protection of Rights Without Borders NGO presents an analysis of judicial practice of cases on violence and ill-treatment in the armed forces. The report examines the root causes of such abuses and assesses the state’s legal response in light of its human rights obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through this report, we seek to contribute to a deeper understanding of the issue of violence within the armed forces and to support to the strengthening the effectiveness of prevention mechanisms and accountability measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
