The presentation covered various aspects, including models of self-governing bodies within the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, international standards, and global practices. Additionally, the monitoring of open competitions for recruitment within the RA Prosecutor&#8217;s Office and the results of performance evaluations of prosecutors were discussed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Further discussions were held regarding the conceptual recommendations formulated based on the outcomes of the studies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event was attended by representatives from various entities, including the General Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, the National Assembly, the Supreme Judicial Council, the President&#8217;s Office, the Corruption Prevention Commission, investigative bodies, and civil society organizations.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The event was carried out with the financial support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) within the framework of the &#8220;Support to Judicial Reforms&#8221; program.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 The Protection of Rights without Borders NGO initiated a discussion on February 28 regarding the challenges of the RA Prosecutor&#8217;s Office reform.&nbsp; At the event, findings from research conducted by the Organization were presented, focusing on the progress of reforms within the RA Prosecutor&#8217;s Office and the fulfillment of international obligations undertaken by Armenia.
