One of the most important pillars of the process was the creation of a specialized anti-corruption court. Its formation was considered as a step to provide additional sustainability and integrity to the system. The procedures for the formation of the anti-corruption court, selection and appointment of judges, transparency and accountability of the process are of particular importance to ensure effective functioning and a real fight against corruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Protection of Rights Without Borders&#8221; NGO monitored and analyzed the process of formation of the Anti-corruption court, selection and appointment of judges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monitoring revealed a number of legal and practical issues presented below.
