The given policy document or the recommendations are based on the problems detected in the outcomes of the monitoring conducted by the \u201cProtection of Rights without Borders\u201d Non-Governmental Organization. Particularly, the Organization conducted monitoring on judicial cases by civil and administrative cases in correlation of employment related issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the scope of the monitoring, approximately 496 cases on employment relations were monitored, from which 384 decisions by civil and 112 decisions by administrative cases, as well as 123 decisions on discontinuation were adopted. By 94 cases out of 384 monitored civil cases, the employment contract with was terminated as a result of subjecting to disciplinary liability. 62 (66%) appeals out of 94 appeals, respectively were satisfied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By the monitored cases, a common problem regarding the interpretation and application of the regulations concerning the dismissal of the employee on the ground of the lack of confidence in the employee was recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
