The \u201cProtection of Rights without Borders\u201d Non-Governmental Organization conducted an examination on the judicial practice of employment disputes in the Republic of Armenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the scope of the monitoring, approximately 496 cases on employment relations were monitored, from which 384 decisions by civil and 112 decisions by administrative cases, as well as 123 decisions on discontinuation were adopted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Based on the problems detected in the outcomes of the examination, the NGO has elaborated a policy document on the problems related to the levy of state duty by employment disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This policy document was prepared by the \u201cProtection of Rights without Borders\u201d Non-Governmental Organization (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) in the scope of the \u201cEU4LabourRights: Increasing Civic Voice and Action for Labor Rights and Social Protection in Armenia\u201d project (hereinafter referred to as the Project). The Project is implemented in collaboration with \u201cOxYGen\u201d Foundation, \u201cSocioscope\u201d NGO, \u201cAsparez\u201d Journalists Club NGO, Media Diversity Institute \u2013 Armenia and \u201cArmenian Progressive Youth\u201d NGO in partnership with the \u201cProtection of Rights without Borders\u201d NGO and Eurasian Partnership Foundation, respectively.
