A few days before, the ECHR registered the complaint-applications on the cases of Hovsep Khurshudyan, David Sanasaryan, Armen Martirosyan and Vahagn Ghumashyan. The oppositionists detained after the operations of \u201cSasna Tsrer\u201d appealed the legitimacy of the decision made on their detention. The oppositionists accused of organizing and participating in mass disorder were detained last summer after the political assemblies held in Sari Tagh on July 29.
