On 15 and 16 January 2018, the first Regional Meeting Europe is held in Ghent (Belgium). Haykuhi Harutyunyan, the President of the \u201cProtection of Rights without Borders\u201d NGO also participated in the above mentioned event.<\/span><\/p>\n
