The report exclusively covered the period of 2010-2017.<\/p>\n<p>Hasmik Harutyunyan, the legal expert of the Protection of Rights without Borders NGO also participated in the discussion. The latter presented the Organization\u2019s observations on the report. Particularly, observations and recommendations regarding the respective articles on judiciary and penitentiary sectors reflected in the report were presented by H.
