In\nthis case, it\u2019s hard to imagine cases, the two parties of which would be\nsatisfied from the exit of the case. Besides, the Supreme Judicial Council is\nvested with a power, which is not prescribed by the RA Constitution\u201d \u2013 mentioned\nH. Harutyunyan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\nstated by H.
