On May 3-4 of 2023 the Protection of Rights without Borders NGO organized a two-day training course on “Human Rights in Administrative Proceedings” for the employees of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Republic of Armenia.
Human rights experts Ara Ghazaryan and Ashkhen Dashyan conducted the training course.
During the training course, human rights in the compulsory activities were presented and discussed, including among children, persons with disability and vulnerable groups. Ruzanna Azroyan the Judge of the Republic of Armenia Administrative Court delivered a lecture on the topic “Judicial Practice of Appealing the Administration of the RA Compulsory Enforcement Service”.
The training courses are held periodically with the aim to enhance the quality of public administration by building the capacity of both state and local self-government bodies.
The training sessions are carried out by the financial support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).
