Armenia will compensate 12.000 Euros equivalent Armenian Dram for the lost cases at ECHR

On July 26 of 2018, the RA Government made a decision to compensate 12.000 Euros equivalent Armenian Drams on the lost case “Teymurazyan v. Armenia” at the European Court of Human Rights.

ECHR made such decision on March 15 of 2018. Armenia is obliged to pay the applicant after the decision is officially entering into force during three months and pay the compensation. The verdict entered officially into force on June 15 and the deadline for the payment is September 15.

The advocates of “Protection of Rights without Borders” NGO presented the interests of the V. Teymurazyan at the European Court of Human Rights.
